Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Sweeply, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What Sweeply Does

Sweeply is an on-device utility for cleaning up and organizing your photo library. It helps you find and remove duplicate photos, blurry or closed-eye shots, large video files and old downloads to free up storage; compress videos in place; and organize what you keep into albums, trips, places and groups of the people in your photos, including assembling memory videos from them. All analysis runs locally on your device.

Your Responsibility for Deletions

Sweeply helps you identify and select files to delete, but you are always in control of what gets removed. Deleting media is permanent once your device empties its trash. You are solely responsible for reviewing your selections and for keeping your own backups. We are not liable for any loss of photos, videos, or other data resulting from deletions you confirm.

Premium Purchase

Sweeply offers a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks full-library analysis and premium features. This is a single payment, not a subscription. Purchases and restores are handled by your platform’s app store. Refunds are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play, as applicable.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Sweeply on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these terms and your app store’s terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app except to the extent permitted by law, and not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third party’s rights.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Sweeply is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that its detection features will identify every duplicate or low-quality photo.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sweeply and its developers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be included in a future app release, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
