Your data, your call
Delete your Sweeply data.
How to ask us to delete what Sweeply Clean & Organize keeps about you, what we delete, and what stays.
Last updated · September 2026The short version
Your photos, videos, faces and places never leave your phone, so we have none of them to delete. We only keep something about you if you redeemed a code or bought the full version. Email us and we delete it, and confirm within 30 days.
How to ask
Email support@sweeply-clean.com with the subject Delete my data, and include whatever applies to you:
- You redeemed a code: the code, and roughly when you redeemed it.
- You bought the full version on Android: your Google Play order number. It starts with GPA and is in the receipt email Google sent you.
- You bought it on iPhone: the order ID in the receipt email Apple sent you.
We don’t need your name, a password, or anything from your phone. We delete the records and email you to confirm, within 30 days of your request.
What we delete
- Your code record: the code, the identifier for Sweeply on your phone, and when the code was redeemed and when it expires. Also the log of redeem attempts from that identifier, which we keep to stop people guessing codes.
- Your purchase record: what RevenueCat keeps for us so your purchase can be unlocked and restored: an anonymous app ID, what was bought, when, and the store’s transaction number.
What stays, and why
- Your purchase itself. It belongs to your Google Play or Apple account, and Google or Apple keep their own record of it under their own privacy policies. We can’t delete theirs. If you keep using Sweeply, the app restores your purchase from the store, and that creates a new purchase record with us.
- A deleted code stops working on that phone. Premium from it ends the next time Sweeply starts with an internet connection.
- Your request email is kept for 12 months as a record that we handled it, then deleted.
Deleting what’s on your phone
Everything else Sweeply keeps stays on your phone, and you can delete it yourself at any time, with no request:
- Face grouping: turn People off, from the People screen or Settings → Privacy. That deletes every face template, name and group.
- Everything else: uninstall Sweeply. Its settings and scan results go with it. Your photos and videos stay where they are.
